RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen & craftswomen in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The natural beauty of handmade products comes from the imperfections that are caused by not involving machines in the process.
Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect, rather the testimony of the product being handcrafted.
Regardless of the above, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not like the product for whatsoever reason, you can simply raise a return request following the below steps:
For any returns or exchanges, please inform our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of Delivery of Product. After that period, we do not accept any return or exchange request.
Cancellation Requests:
Due to our automated warehouses, we can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order or before the order is shipped (whichever happens first).
For Exchanges:
- Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to exchange & also specify whether you would like to change the size or take another product.
- New product(s) which you desire to receive should be the same value or more, compared to your exchanged product. In case it is of more value, you can pay the excess amount via COD.
- Once your exchange request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
- Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in (all tags should be intact). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your exchange request & ship back the product to you.
- Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will ship your new product to you.
For Returns:
At Tahiliya, we offer 100% store credits to our customers in case you would like to return any of the products. We do not offer any cash/money refunds. The store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card that is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to return.
- We only accept returns if the product is damaged or the size is incorrect.
- Once your return request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
- Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in (all tags should be intact). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your return request & ship back the product to you.
- Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will issue you the gift card.
- If the product is damaged, misplaced or wrong product received, kindly raise this concern via Email or Whatsapp to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period has passed, we will not be able to accommodate your request of a damaged/misplaced item return.
For FINAL CLEARANCE products:
We do not accept returns for credit note, money or gift voucher for any products that have the label "FINAL CLEARANCE" on them. We can only exchange the size of a final clearance product* in case there is any fitting issue, while we will levy a ₹250 shipping charge for exchange orders for such products.
*Coupon code applied on full-priced items are not considered as part of this condition and are eligible for any returns/exchanges as intended.
For Altered/Custom/Customized Products:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for Altered/Custom products. There is a minor ₹250 charge for customisations per piece.
Please know that we take the utmost care with our products & processes but in the following unfortunate cases:
- You have received an incorrect product or size.
- You have received a damaged or defective product.
- You have not received part of your order.
Please send a photo to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours & we shall resolve this matter with the utmost priority.
Please note: We offer a one-time free reverse-shipping service for all orders. Consequent shipping services will be charged a shipping fees of ₹250 per request.
International Orders:
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on International orders due to geographical restrictions.
