Exchanges & Returns

RETURN POLICY

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

 

For any returns or exchanges, please inform our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of Delivery of Product. After that period, we do not accept any return or exchange request. 

 

Cancellation Requests:

Due to our automated warehouses, we can only accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order.



For Exchanges:

  1. Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order. 

 

  1. Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to exchange & also specify whether you would like to change the size or take another product.
  2. New product(s) which you desire to receive should be the same value or more, compared to your exchanged product. In case it is of more value, you can pay the excess amount via COD.
  3. Once your exchange request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  4. Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your exchange request & ship back the product to you.
  5. Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will ship your new product to you.


For Returns:

At Tahiliya, we offer 100% store credits to our customers in case you would like to return any of the products. The store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card that is valid for lifetime.

Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  1. Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  3. Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your return request & ship back the product to you.
  4. Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will issue you the gift card.

 

 

For Discounted / Sale Products:

We do not accept returns for sale products. 

We can exchange the size of a discounted product in case there is any fitting issue.



Please know that we take the utmost care with our products & processes but in the following unfortunate cases: 

  1. You have received an incorrect product or size
  2. You have received a damaged product or defective product 
  3. You have not received part of your order

 Please send a photo to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours & we shall resolve this matter with the utmost priority.



Please note: We offer free shipping & returns only till the first exchange or return. Second exchange or return onwards, you will be charged a shipping fees of Rs.250 per request.
