Returns & Cancellations

RETURN POLICY

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

 

  • Refunds:
    - Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
    - Refunds can only be considered for orders less than 7 days old.
    - No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
    - Refunds will only be honoured after product is received in warehouse and inspected for any damages
    - In case of damages to the product, refund will not be honoured and the product will be returned to the customer


    Exchanges:

    - Store credit (online gift card) will be given to the customer for the value of the product returned for exchange.

    Damaged product:
    - In case of any damaged product, inform us within 48hours of receiving the product at support@tahiliya.com or by sending us a Whatsapp Message at +919971145873. Kindly note that the term 'Damage' does not include any issue with respect to the style/design of the product

    Cancellation:
    - Order(s) once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. However, if the Order(s) are yet to be dispatched, the customer can cancel the order and seek refund against it if cancelled within 24hrs after placing the order.

 

  • REFUND / EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR DISCOUNTED OR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS.

    • If the product is altered or damaged by the customer, we will not be accepting exchanges or refunds for the same. Customer will be notified within 24 hours of us receiving a damaged / altered product.

    • Disclaimer: All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.
