RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen & craftswomen in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The natural beauty of handmade products comes from the imperfections that are caused by not involving machines in the process.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect, rather the evidence of the product being handcrafted. 

Regardless of the above, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not like the product for whatsoever reason, you can simply raise a return request following the below steps:

For any returns or exchanges, please inform our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 7 days of Delivery of Product. After that period, we do not accept any return or exchange request. 

 

Cancellation Requests:

Due to our automated warehouses, we can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order.


For Exchanges:

  1. Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order. 
  2. Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to exchange & also specify whether you would like to change the size or take another product.
  3. New product(s) which you desire to receive should be the same value or more, compared to your exchanged product. In case it is of more value, you can pay the excess amount via COD.
  4. Once your exchange request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  5. Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your exchange request & ship back the product to you.
  6. Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will ship your new product to you.


For Returns:

At Tahiliya, we offer 100% store credits to our customers in case you would like to return any of the products. The store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card that is valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

Please inform our customer support team via Whatsapp or Email about your return request within 7 days of receiving the order.

  1. Please provide the Order ID & Product Name that you would like to return.
  2. We only accept returns if the product is damaged or the size is incorrect
  3. Once your return request is approved by our team, we will create a reverse pick up of the product & get it shipped back to our warehouse.
  4. Please ensure that the product you are returning is unused & in the same condition that it was sent in ( all tags should be intact ). If it is found to not be in the same condition during our Quality Check process, we will cancel your return request & ship back the product to you.
  5. Upon receiving the product, it will be put through our Quality Check process. Once approved, we will issue you the gift card.
  6. If the product is damaged, kindly raise this concern via Email or Whatsapp to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. After this period has passed, we will not be able to accommodate your request of a damaged item return.

 

For Discounted/Sale Products:

We do not accept returns for sale products. We can exchange the size of a discounted product in case there is any fitting issue.



For Altered/Custom/Customized Products:
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for Altered/Custom products.

Please know that we take the utmost care with our products & processes but in the following unfortunate cases: 

  1. You have received an incorrect product or size.
  2. You have received a damaged or defective product.
  3. You have not received part of your order.

Please send a photo to our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours & we shall resolve this matter with the utmost priority.


Please note: We offer a one-time free reverse-shipping service for all orders. Consequent shipping services will be charged a shipping fees of Rs.250 per request. 


International Orders:
  1. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on International orders due to geographical restrictions.
  2. Kindly reach out to our team on Whatsapp or email support@tahiliya.com for a personalised customer support for size & other queries before placing your order.
